SOMEDAY SOON
CHOREOGRAPHER: William Sevone (WM '71) (May 13th 2002) Fremantle, Australia
email: williamsevone@yahoo.com.au
COUNT: 32 + 4 count tag
TYPE: 4 Wall Line Dance
LEVEL: Advanced Beginner
MUSIC: Someday Soon by Judy Collins-122 bpm ('The Best Of'/'Greatest Hits'/ plus many others)
Choreographer's note: Judy has never been what you might call 'country', though
some would say (myself included) that Folk music is a part of the Country genre.
You could even be forgiven, when listening to this music of it being the forerunner
to the Eagles soft Mid West rock style of a few years later. If you ever get the
chance, have a listen to her version of 'Hey, Thats No Way To Say Goodbye', truly
stunning. I'm sorry that there is a couple of short tags within this dance - there
is no way that they could be avoided.
Dance starts on vocals with feet slightly apart and weight on left foot

33-34 Step right to right side, Touch left toe next to right
35-36 Step left to left side, Touch right toe to right side
(general note: You will know the walls when to add the 4 steps,
because the music becomes more 'solid' - you WILL hear it)
