Suggested Dance Style: Marcia's Contra Waltz is a 48 count waltz line dance
that is very pretty when performed as a Contra Line Dance. Even though it is
a line dance, it is also a waltz, so try to keep the waltz style and
natural sway and movements of the waltz always present. All turns should be
smooth. For the Contra waltz, try to keep facing lines no more than four feet
apart so when the lines pass each other they are not too close nor too far away.

Suggested Dance Music/Type of Music: Waltzs' that preferably have an even
24 or 48 count phrasing pattern throughout the song.
But any smooth waltz will do.

Comments: Marcia's Contra Waltz was choreographed by Chris Hookie as a
present for his wife and dance partner 'Marcia.'
