17-18	Step forward on left (weight is on left), hitch right (raise knee)
19-20	Keeping right knee lifted, hitch/kick to the left, then right
21&22	Continue to hitch/kick left, right, left
23-24	Hitch/kick right, Hitch/kick behind left leg

RIGHT & LEFT VINE WITH SCUFFS

25-28	Vine to the right ending with a left scuff
29-32	Vine to the left ending with a right scuff (weight is on left)

JAZZ WALK, 1/2 TURN & STOMP

33-34	Step forward on right, point/touch left toe to left
35-36	Step forward on left (slightly across right), point/touch right toe to right
37	Step forward on right (weight on right)
38&	Brush/scuff left and turn 1/2 left (weight is on right)
39-40	Stomp left beside right (weight on left), hold
