Choreographer's note: (updated) Don't let the bpm's fool you - the rhythm is quite fast (think
'Quickstep'). This was one of the biggest club hits of the mid '70's and was a top 10 chart hit
in many parts of the world. 'How low can YOU go' - in two counts.. your chance to find out with
counts 27 and 28. The styling of this dance is real smooooth, not jerky - round off those hip
pushes - hip grine.. Reggae style.) Have fun.. and let you mind - and body - wander. Also try
the dance 'No Worries'
