Choreographers' Note: Start dance with lyrics. This dance was
choreographed exclusively for John McCabe's great new song "Dizzie Lizzie
and Boogie Woogie Joe" and will be used for his upcoming music video,
scheduled to be filmed on February 22, 1998 at Nashville North - a dance
club just north of Toronto. Over 100 Ontario Instructors and dancers will
be dancing on this video as John sings his great, new song, "Dizzie Lizze
& Boogie Woogie Joe".
ROCK-STEP, SHUFFLE FORWARD
1 Rock back on Right foot
2 Step forward in place on Left foot
3 Step Right foot forward
& Quickly slide and step Left foot beside Right foot
4 Step Right foot forward
SHUFFLE FORWARD, SIDE STEP, CLAP
5 Step Left foot forward
& Quickly slide and step Right foot beside Left foot
6 Step forward on Left foot
7 Step Right foot out to Right side
8 Hold position and clap
KNEE POPS
9 Keeping toe of Left foot planted on the floor,
turn Left knee in towards Right leg
10 Return Left knee to starting position and
keeping the toe of Right foot planted on the floor,
turn Right knee in towards Left leg
11 Return Right knee to starting position and
keeping the toe of Left foot planted on the floor,

FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
The main dancers/characters for John's music video are Tammy Wyatt,
portraying "Dizzie Lizzie" and Bill McLeod, portraying "Boogie Woogie Joe".
Tammy was the recipient of the 1997 North Country/Rick Tippe Outstanding
Dance Achievement Award (ODAA) for Outstanding Canadian Instructor.
Bill recently won the title of World Champion Intermediate Level Line
Dancer in the Classic Division at the Worlds VI Event, recently held in
Nashville, TN on January 7-12, 1998!
