Start when singer starts singing.

Note #1: To start as a couple, start in a cape position (Woman on Right
side of Man, Mans Left hand in front with Womans hand on top of his, Mans
Right hand over Womans Right shoulder with her hand underneath his hands)

Note #2: To do as a line dance, ignore the hand notes

HEEL, TOE, SHUFFLE FORWARD, FORWARD ROCK, 1/2 TURN SHUFFLE

1-2	Put Right heel forward, cross Right over Right
3&4	Shuffle forward Right, Left, Right
5-6	Rock/Step forward on Left, back on Right
7&8	**Turning 1/2 Left shuffle forward Left, Right, Left

** Men – as you are turning to your Left, drop your Right hand and put it
behind your back at waist level, Take Left hand and lift it over your own
head as your do your 1/2 turn – your Left hand will now be in front of woman
and the Woman will put her Right hand on your Right hand which is behind your back.

FORWARD ROCK, BACK SHUFFLE, BACK ROCK, FORWARD SHUFFLE

1-2	Rock/Step forward on Right, back on Left
3&4	Shuffle back Right, Left, Right
5-6	Rock/Step back on Left, forward on Right
7&8	Shuffle forward Left, Right, Left

STEP 1/2 TURN, SHUFFLE FORWARD, STEP 1/2 TURN SHUFFLE FORWARD

1-2	**Step forward on Right, pivot 1/2 turn Left
3&4	Shuffle forward Right, Left, Right
5-6	Step forward on Left, pivot 1/2 turn Right
7&8	Shuffle forward Left, Right, Left

** Men – as you are turning to your Left, drop your Right hand, Take Left
hand and lift it over woman’s head as your do your 1/2 turn – your Left hand
will go to the woman’s shoulder which is back to starting position (Cape)
Woman will again put her hand under mans right hand above her Right shoulder

FORWARD ROCK, BACK ROCK, STEP 1/8 TURN, STEP 1/8 TURN

1-2	Rock/Step forward on Right, back on Left
3-4	Rock/step back on Right, forward on Left

For Woman				For Man and Line Dancers

5	Step Right forward 1/8 Left	Step Right just a tad forward
6	Put Left next to Right		Pivot 1/8 of a turn
7	Step Right forward 1/8 Left	Step Right just a tad forward
8	Put Left next to Right		Pivot 1/8 of a turn

Note: This will allow the woman to move out of the mans way and the man can
get along the Left side of the Woman into the basic Cape position.
