1-2	Step forward right, lock left foot behind right

1	Cross left behind right and step
&	Starting 1/4 turn right, step small step with right to right side
2	Finishing 1/4 turn right, step small step with left to left side

5-6	Step forward on left, kick right forward

&8	Clap, clap
