3&4	Right shuffle forward
5&6	Left shuffle forward
7-9	Vine to the right (right, left, right)
10-12	With left foot front, rock forward on the left, 
	rock back on the right, hitch left foot
13-15	Vine to the left (left, right, left)
16-18	Rock forward on the right, rock back on the left, 
	rock forward on the right.

23	Touch left toe back and to the side
