&9&10	(hold and step) step right and touch left toe forward 
	(crossed in front of right) step down on right
&11	Touch left toe out to the side
&12	Step down on right and touch left toe across in front 
	of right and step down on right
&13&14	Repeat steps 1&2 on opposite side
&15&16	Repeat steps 3&4 on opposite side

PADDLE TURN
