25	Step right to side (hand on hat)
26	Step left behind right turning body 1/4 left (swing hat down)
27	Rock onto right in place (swing hat up)
28	Turning body to return facing 9:00, step left to side,
	(replace hat) starting to hinge 1/2 turn right

29	Complete the hinge turn and step right to side
