Legs are now apart; keep weight on left foot, as the right foot will be moved back in and out over the next few beats. 2 Touch right foot in next to left. & Right foot steps out to right (same place as before). 3 Right foot steps in next to left. 4 Right foot steps to right with stomp. & Small step back with left foot, leaving weight on left foot. 5 Touch right foot forward on heel. & Rest of right foot steps down. 6 Left foot steps in front of right, crossing slightly. 7 Pivot 1/2 turn to right, on the balls of both feet. 8 Clap. 9 Step forward on Left foot 10 Kick diagonally right with right foot (brush kicks) 11 Step forward on right foot 12 Kick with left foot 13 Step on left foot 14 "Backwards chug", right knee kicks (chugs) while left foot hops backward. CHA-CHA step back: 15 Small step back on right & Small step back on left 16 Small step back on right The following steps resemble cha-cha steps in rhythm, but are done to the side: 17 Side step to left & Right foot alongside left. 18 Side step to left 19 Right foot steps back and turns out, rock weight onto right foot 20 Rock weight onto left foot. 21 Side step with right foot. & Left foot alongside rigth. 22 Side step to right. 23 Left foot steps back and turns out, rock weigth onto left foot. 24 Rock weight onto right foot. AT THIS POINT, you are facing diagonally forward left, with right foot facing forward and left foot facing left. You will now make two pivot turns around the right foot, and they will be in the diagonal direction. 25 Step diagonally forward on left foot. 26 Pivot 1/2 turn to the right on the balls of both feet. 27 Step forward on left foot. 28 Pivot 1/2 turn to the right. YOU ARE NOW facing the diagonally forward left direction again. You will now do a series of polka steps in the FORWARD direction, so the first step of your left foot will have to "come around to the right" a bit. 29 Step with your left foot forward-right, so that it is now slightly in front of and to the left of your right foot and facing the same direction. & Small Step forward with your right. 30 Step forward with your left. 31 Step forward with your right. & Small step forward with your left. 32 Step forward with your rigth. The following chugs are done backwards: 33 Step back with your left. & Chug with right. 34 Step back on right. & Chug with left. 35 Step back on left. & Chug with right. 36 Stomp with right, KEEPING WEIGHT on left; the right foot will immediately have to step out to the side when the dance repeats on "& 1".
