MUSIC: I Heard It Through The Grapevine by Michael McDonald (One Restart. Wait 32 counts to start.)
	Works with any 48 count phrased song with bpm range from 100-125 bpm - swing feel.

1-8	SUGAR PUSH WITH FOOT CIRCLE

1-2	Step forward Right, forward Left
&	Moving backward let body face forward Right diagonal and step slightly back with Right
3	Cross Left in front of Right still going back
4	Step Right back turning slightly back to face front (12:00)
5	Weight on Right and do a foot circle with your Left
	(lift Left leg bent at knee and make a small circle counterclockwise with Left
6	Step down on Left having turned 1/4 Left (Body is facing 9:00)
7-8	Turn 1/4 Right and step with Right forward, walk forward Left

10-16	SKATERS TURN PIVOT ROCK AND CROSS

1-2	Turn 1/2 Left by keeping weight on Left and sweep Right around
	(skaters turn that came off the forward momentum of previous Left step)
3-4	Walk Right, step forward Left
5-6	Pivot 1/2 turn off Left foot to the Right stepping on Right, step forward Left
7&8	Rock Right to side, recover Left, cross Right in front of Left

17-24	RONDE, SAILOR, HEEL DROPS, POINT BALL CHANGE

1-2	Twist turn ronde by unwinding Left from the cross with weight on Right and ronde with the left
	(You will have made 1 1/8 turn back to front diagonal Left)
3&4	Sailor step and point Left Right and point Left foot to Left
5-6	Drop Left heel twice
7	Point ball tap, pointing Left foot to Left slightly above the floor
&	Step Left near where the Left was pointed
8	Turn 1/2 Right and tap Right forward with the toe (facing 3:00)

27-32	EIGHT COUNT WESTCOAST WHIP - walks, coaster, triple

	This is exactly the footwork for a ladies closed whip in Westcoast swing couples
1-2	Walk Right, Walk Left to the left turning 1/2 Right
3&4	Back coaster step stepping back Right, together Left, forward Right
5-6	Step forward Left turning 1/2 Right, step back Right
7&8	Triple step in place Left, Right, Left (End with toes pointed in and heels split)

33-40	TURNING HALF APPLE JACK (Heel Ball turn)

1-4	Turning 3/4 Left on 4 counts, do half an applejack (heel ball) turn.
	Put weight on Right ball and Left heel and split feet out on count 1 (heels in),
	transfer weight to Left ball and Right heel and swivel feet in on count & (heels out),
	repeat on 2&3&4 and try hard to make a 3/4 rotation (end weight on Left on 4)
	(If not quite finished can adjust to 3/4 on next step)
	(Easier version - paddle turn 3/4 to the left starting with Right - 2&3-4 end on Left)
5-6	Walk forward Right, forward Left
7-8	Touch Right behind Left, turn 1/2 Right and step Right

41-48	TURN POINT FLICK TAP STEPS

1&2	Turn full turn on a triple step to the Right starting with Left,
	ending with a step forward on the Left - Left, Right, Left
	(Easier version - shuffle forward instead of turning)
3-4	Tap Right toe forward, turn 1/2 Left flicking Right foot in an
	attitude position and dropping weight onto Left foot even more
5-6	Forward Right, swing Left hip up and touch Left toe to floor
7-8	Forward Left, turning 1/4 Right swing Right hip forward
	and touch Right toe to floor in a tap

REPEAT

Restart: After 4 times through, on 5th time go through the first 16 beats but on
15&16 which is side rock, recover, cross....
Do a side rock, recover and tap right next to left. Then restart.
