1-2&3	Step Right to side, step Left behind right, step Right in place, kick Left forward
&4	Step Left back, step Right across in front of left

LEFT VINE, RIGHT TOGETHER, HEAD TURNS LEFT, THEN CENTRE

5-6&7	Step Left to side, step Right behind left, step Left to side, step Right together
&8	Turn head to side, look forward

SHOULDER ISOLATIONS - FORWARD, BACK, FORWARD, BACK, HEAD FLOP TO LEFT

1&2	Push shoulders forward, pull shoulders back, hold
&3	Push shoulders forward, hold
&4	Pull shoulders back, bend head to left as if trying to touch ear to shoulder
	...the shoulders move on the drum beat so it may be easier to listen for that
	than to count it

WALK FORWARD RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT (WITH ATTITUDE!)

5-8	Walk forward Right, Left, Right, Left...put some attitude into these walks!

RIGHT STEP TO SIDE, LEFT TOGETHER, HIP ROLLS X 2

1-2	Step Right to side...angle body a bit to left, step Left together
3-4	Roll hips counter clockwise, roll hips counter clockwise

HEEL SWITCHES RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT BALL CHANGE (TURNING 1/4 RIGHT)

5&6	Touch Right heel forward, step Right together, touch Left heel forward
&7&8	Step Left together, touch Right heel forward, step Right back, step Left forward
	...turn 1/4 Right to face 3:00 wall...you should be there for the heel ball change on 7&8

RIGHT SHUFFLE FORWARD, LEFT HITCH PULL BACK, LEFT STEP BACK, RIGHT STEP TOGETHER

1&2	Step Right forward, step Left beside right, step Right forward
&3	Hitch Left knee up pulling body back...stick your bum out!, hold
	...or you can still be pulling back here
&4	Step Left back, step Right forward

LEFT STEP SIDE, RIGHT STEP SIDE, SLAP HIPS, HOLD, SHOULDER ISOLATIONS FORWARD, BACK

5-6	Step Left to side, step Right to side...feet should be about shoulder width apart
&7&8	Slap hips, hold, push shoulders forward, pull shoulders back
	...try to look "imposing" if you can!...if not, at least try and look cool!

START AGAIN!

Note: There's a clean radio edit that eliminates the word "sh*t"...but...if you don't have it
...just change that word to "ship" and you'll feel much better about it! And then you can sing
"this ship has bananas...b-a-n-a-n-a-s!"
