CHOREOGRAPHER'S NOTE:
You will dance the whole dance through once to end facing the back wall, on the
2nd wall only dance counts 1-32, miss out counts 33-44 and continue with counts
48-52 (monterey turns) you will end up facing the back wall. This bridge happens
every 2nd wall, hence you will dance two walls facing the back then two walls
facing the front (every 2nd wall miss out counts 33-44)
