3&	Turn left 1/2 while tapping left toe twice)
4	Extend left heel forward
5&6	Cross left over right, step right back, step left next to right
7	Scuff right
8	Stomp right forward (Keeping weight on left)

FORWARD HIP BUMPS, BODY ROLL BACK

9-12	Bump hips forward 4 counts, changing weight to right
13-16	Slow body roll back changing weight back to left
