1&	Right heel dig forward, Bring Right next to left
2&	Left heel dig forward, Bring left heel back to place
3-4	Low kick right forward, High kick right forward
	(if it is easier do two low kicks)
&	Step down on right
5&	Left heel dig forward, Bring left back to place
6&	Right heel dig forward, Bring right back to place
7-8	Low kick left forward, High kick left forward
	(if it is easier do two low kicks)
&	Step down on left

STOMPS x2, TWISTS x2, STOMPS x2, TWISTS x2

1-2	Stomp right, Stomp left
3-4	Twist heels right, Twist heels left
5-6	Stomp left, Stomp right
7-8	Twist heels left, Twist heels right (get weight onto left)
	(for a bit of variation try an applejack instead of the twists)
